Plan your Pool

Build the preferences. Let them handle the design.

Seven picture choices. You tap what feels right. We write preference language into the RFP so every contractor bids the same direction. The builder you award still customizes the shell, finishes, and engineering.

Which backyard feels closer to yours?

Tap the picture that feels closer. Skip if you do not care yet — the builder can propose it.

PoolBid is not a pool designer. These pictures give you and the contractors a shared direction. The company you award still customizes the shell, finishes, engineering, and site work.

Materials, in plain language

What the pictures usually mean

This is a cheat sheet, not a catalog. If you do not know the product name, that is fine. The look session is enough for a first RFP. The contractor confirms the rest on site.

Gunite (concrete)

Custom shell. What most Palm Beach yards quote. Shape and depth are yours to set. Fiberglass is faster with fewer custom edges. Vinyl is less typical for new luxury yards here.

Interior finish

Pebble is the volume choice. Quartz is smoother and brighter. Glass pebble is darker and more expensive. The picture you pick is the look. The builder names the product.

Deck

Pavers are the county default. Travertine stays cooler. Porcelain pavers are showing up in newer Jupiter and Gardens yards. Square footage is measured on site.

What PoolBid will not do

We will not draw your pool. We will not pick a brand of tile for you. We will not invent soil, setbacks, or HOA rules. The look session writes preference language so every contractor bids the same direction.

When the pictures are done, list the yard.

One RFP. Vetted contractors. You award. PoolBid is the marketplace, not the builder.
