Privacy Policy
These terms apply to PoolBid marketplace use. A Florida lawyer should review them before you treat this pack as production-grade.
PoolBid collects account data (name, email, phone), project details, yard photos, and documents you upload so we can run the marketplace.
What contractors see before award Municipality, county, ZIP, approximate area, the RFP scope, and photos the homeowner attached. They do not see street address, phone, email, or the homeowner’s legal name.
When contact is released Street, phone, and email are released only to a contractor the homeowner awards, or to a contractor the homeowner separately authorizes. Losing bidders do not receive that information. Spec Q&A is not a contact channel — PoolBid redacts phone numbers, email addresses, and street lines from that thread.
What we do not do We do not sell homeowner contact lists. We do not put a raw phone number on a contractor dashboard as a “lead.”
Do not store payment card numbers on PoolBid servers. Stripe handles cards when payments are enabled.
