- 04Shape, spa, interior finish, waterline tile?
- 05Equipment: variable-speed pump, salt, heater, lights, automation, cover?
- 06Deck type and roughly how many square feet?
- 07Screen enclosure now, later, or none?
- 08Waterfall or sheer descent?
- 09Can equipment get to the backyard? Side-yard width?
- 10HOA? Survey on file?
- 11Photos of the yard. Street stays hidden until you authorize contact.
Not sure what to ask for? Do the picture look session first. Copy you can send: “Put the backyard on PoolBid. One form. Comparable bids from vetted South Florida pool companies. Then you award.”
