Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the PoolBid marketplace. Additional rules in the Homeowner Terms, Contractor Terms, Auction Rules, Privacy Policy, Marketplace Disclaimer, and Dispute Policy are part of this agreement.

PoolBid operates a platform that lets homeowners publish project RFPs and lets contractors submit bids and participate in reverse auctions. PoolBid is not a contractor, general contractor, or construction manager and is not a party to the construction contract.

A homeowner who lists a project on PoolBid is a PoolBid-introduced client for that project. Contractors receive that introduction only through PoolBid. Bidding does not create a right to the homeowner’s street address, phone, email, or legal name.

Florida law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. A Florida lawyer should review this pack before you treat it as production-grade.
