PoolBid does not guarantee contractor workmanship, schedule, or price. Verification confirms submitted credentials according to defined standards. It does not eliminate all risk.
Homeowners should still perform their own diligence. Contractors should still verify the site.
PoolBid introduces the parties. A bid is not a license to take the homeowner off the platform. Contact remains anonymous until award or express authorization.
