Dispute Policy

These terms apply to PoolBid marketplace use. A Florida lawyer should review them before you treat this pack as production-grade.

Disputes may be opened by a homeowner or contractor on an awarded project. PoolBid may review platform records (bids, messages, change orders). PoolBid is not an arbitrator of construction defects and does not pay for repairs.

Change orders require homeowner approval before they change the project price.

Circumvention If a contractor solicits a PoolBid-introduced homeowner off-platform after receiving an RFP or submitting a bid, report it to PoolBid with what you have (texts, emails, a contract). PoolBid may review the project record, invoice the success fee, and suspend the account. Homeowners who hand a bidder their phone to skip the marketplace may lose listing privileges.
